The building situated at Mortimer Street & Great Portland Street is Grade II Listed Building dated 1910 that comprises a single L-shaped development. The project with a duration of more thant 2 and half years consisted of complete internal refurbishment of a six storey commercial building.

 

The works include new roofs with improved thermal insulation, refurbishment of the original metal casement windows, internal panelled doors, fireplaces, lift, new and improved WC amenities and new building services including an air source heat pump installation.

Robson Warren Architects provided full architectural services including contract administration.
