Budget: A series of separate, phased contracts.

Phased refurbishment of a 7 storey hotel, carried out on a floor-by-floor basis to enable the hotel to avoid shutting down. The works include a conference suite, new windows, new electrical and mechanical services and complete internal refurbishment, interior design, furnishings and fittings. Robson Warren Architects provided full architectural services throughout, including the furnishings, fittings and contract administration.
