Alterations and refurbishment of a 5 storey office building dating from the late C19th, including provision of additional floorspace, new sanitary facilities, double glazed windows, air source heat pump, air conditioning and electrical services. Robson Warren Architects provided full architectural services. The Contractor was selected by competitive tender and we administered the building contract.
