Refurbishment of a Grade II listed 6-storey Georgian house subdivided into apartments. The property is in an important end of terrace location on Bryanston Square and the project included negotiating planning and listed building consents to add an additional floor. The scope of works included fitting out three flats to a high specification complete with new services. Robson Warren Architects provided full architectural services including contract administration.
